How do I get to the hotel?
Cormar Suites is well served by both public and private transportation. Kuala Lumpur Monorail stations at Raja Chulan and Bukit Nanas are just 500 meters away from Cormar Suites, while the KLCC LRT (Light Rail Transit) station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk away.
How to reach the hotel from the airport?
From KLIA2 to KL Sentral by Bus:
Proceed to the Bus Terminal at Level 1. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket counters located at both International and Domestic Arrival at Level 2.

– Aerobus (KLIA2 to KL Sentral), RM10 one-way trip
From KLIA to KL Sentral by Bus:
Proceed to the KLIA bus station situated at Ground Floor Block C annex to main terminal building which is just 3 minutes’ walking distance from arrival hall exit. Tickets can be purchase at Airport Coach counter No 3. The bus will depart to KL Sentral from platform 1 KLIA bus station.

From KL Sentral to Cormar Suites by Taxi:
Upon arriving at KL Sentral (KLIA Express Arrival Gate), kindly proceed to the coupon counter at Level 2. Then, purchase coupon to Cormar Suites. Taxi fare is approximately RM20. By purchasing a coupon to your destination, you will be assured of the standard rate. Journey from KL Sentral to Cormar Suites takes approximately 15 minutes.

Where can we eat?
An all-day dining restaurant, Swatches is located in the property. There are resturants located around the vicinity as well, simply check with our Client Relations Executives and they will gladly recommend them to you.
How to make the best experience of Kuala Lumpur?

One of the best ways to experience the city is the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Bus which gets you around to the local attractions at a free and easy pace. Cormar Suites is conveniently located less than 150 metres from Hop-On Hop-Off bus station, located at the KL City Walk (station no. 3) along Jalan P. Ramlee.

The check-in time is 14:00.
When is the check-out time?
The check out time is 12:00. Should you like to request for a late check-out, kindly check with our Client Relations Executive.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a 24/7 washer/ dryer facility with tokens available for puchase. Laundry and dry cleaning services are provided as well.
Do you have fitness facilities?
Yes, a 24/7 fully equipped Gym is available for our guests.
Where can I go for shopping?
KLCC Suria, Pavilion, Avenue K, AmpWalk, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 & Low Yat shopping malls are within 5 to 10 minutes’ walking distance from Cormar Suites. Most shopping malls are generally open daily until 10pm.
Which type of beds do you have?
King and/or twin sized beds are available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
For any cancellation or amendment of reservation, notice must be given 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid charges.
Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?
Hong Leong bank is located next to Cormar Suites, Maybank in Suria KLCC mall (5 minutes’ walk from Cormar Suites) & RHB Bank is in Wisma UOA – Jalan Pinang (5 minutes’ walk from Cormar Suites). There, you will also find the ATMs and a currency exchange office.
Do you provide newspapers?
Yes, complimentary local English newspapers are provided upon request.

Each apartment covers the following number of guests:
Studio: 2 guests
1 Bedroom: 3 guests
2 Bedroom: 5 guests
3 Bedroom: 7 guests
4 Bedroom Penthouse: 9 guests

Do you have rooms and accessibility for persons in wheelchairs?
Yes, our appartments are handicap-friendly and there is ample room to allow wheelchair mobility.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the vicinity of the property.
Do you provide complimentary parking?
Yes. 1 complimentary car park lot is provided per apartment for long-stay guests (30 days stay and above) otherwise parking is chargeable.
Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?
Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge and it is recommended to reclaim your luggage within the same day.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.
Do you provide shuttle service to the nearby shopping malls?
Complimentary scheduled shuttle services are provided to both KLCC Twin Towers and Pavilion shopping centres. Our shuttle departure time from Cormar Suites are at 10.30am & 2.00pm (Mondays to Fridays). Seating availability is based on a first come, first serve basis and this is “drop-off” service only.
Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?
Limousine services are avilable to both KLIA & KLIA2 and the airport transfer is chargeable at RM180 per way.
Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?
Complimentary baby cots are availale upon request and subject to availability.
Rental of extra beds is available upon request and chargable at MYR 130/night.
