I booked for 1 night stay on Nov 12, 2023. Room configuration is OK, Comfortable sofa, convenient fridge and microwave with cutlery for 2 persons.
Parking signage for 1st time visitors is ambiguous. There is no clear signage at basement carpark to direct 1st time visitors to the lift lobby. Receptionist set up facial recognition device in the elevator for wrong room, wrong floor hence we could never activate the lift to get to our floor. Had to ask the security guard or reception. Out of 3 elevators , only 1 is working and it had no air-con, so hot inside the lift.
Iron appliance was faulty and tripped the ELCB when switched on. They replaced it and technician reset the ELCB. Hisense Smart TV remote control intermittent turns off. Pillow case wasn’t changed. Cooker hood not working so couldn’t cook a simple Maggi noodles without steaming up the place. Next room was cooking some spicy food and we could smell it and sneezed.
Next morning, during breakfast ( 7am – 10 am) on Level 29, there’s no clear sign whether eggs ( scrambled , sunny side up ) were available, had to ask the staff. Bananas ran out FAST, no refills. Fresh fruit salad ran out FAST. Croissants ran out FAST. Juices is not refilled. At RM 40 for 1 person, its a breakfast that I will not take again but its COMPULSORY on the booking .
And originally the website advertised single night stay @ RM 280 but once you click onto the booking, the price increases to RM 450. Today the website advertises single stay at RM 330.
For the same rate , I prefer to stay at Trader’s Hotel or ShangriLa Hotel – at least I know the signage is clear , buffet breakfast will be constantly refilled and my room is cleaned before I arrive and the TV is not intermittent.
Superb!!! Room are comfy and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Good service and great location. Nice swimming pool with great view. The staff were very friendly and i really enjoyed staying here.
Spacious room with Netflix channels. Walking distance to Klcc and Pavilion. The best Thai Restaurant – Malai Thai
